Late Arrival: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may reduce your session time and could impact the final result. Refunds: WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS for any service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, we will honor a free lash removal service. Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit goes toward your total balance and ensures that the time is reserved just for you. Because appointments block out a significant portion of the schedule, deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable, including for same-day cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows. If you need to reschedule, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. With proper notice, your deposit will be moved to the new appointment time.
